clean room wide selection lovely flower beds
The room, a beautiful double or twin room garden view, was clean. I found this very romantic. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit and juices, all delicious. the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, with lovely flower beds. there were sitting areas scattered throughout the garden. everything seemed like a dream.
the bathroom lacked a little counter space, but it was a minor inconvenience really.

The room was great. It was a beautiful double or twin room garden view. The bathroom had a shower and was spotlessly clean.
I found it difficult to get a coffee after travelling. The staff didn't seem to want to help, disappointing.

no water private issue
the location was quiet (just what i needed) and the breakfast menu offered excellent choices.
there were issues when i checked in. i was told there was no water available at that time. i contacted them later that evening but there was still no water (it was supposed to be fixed by 'late afternoon').

spacious room garden view excellent breakfast frosty meet unhelpful staff uncomfortable chairs
The room was spacious and bright. It had a lovely garden view. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were nice. Breakfast was also excellent. I particularly enjoyed the variety.
The customer service at check-in was quite frosty. The staff did not seem very helpful. I wanted to chill and have some snack or lights bites. When asked again it was flat NO. The staff didn't want to help at all. Chairs were uncomfortable, and you had to sit forward and upright to be near the table
